Julye M. Williams is the founder of The Project 2043 Institute, a U.S.-based company whose mission is to educate and prepare organizations for an inclusive, equitable, and diverse multiracial society. In her 20 years in education, Julye has established free tutoring programs in NYC, created and led international youth exchange programs, co-founded a public elementary school that still operates today, and created resources on race & diversity, trauma, and social-emotional learning that have been downloaded by over 75,000 educators nationwide. Julye is a passionate advocate for racial and social justice, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and holds an MBA from Florida A&M University.
