The six-month Leadership Academy Program is open to all types of businesses, including service-oriented, product-based, and others. This intensive training. networking and hands-on experience will focus on business ownership and operational competencies. In addition to lecture-style and group-setting training, attendees will “roll up their sleeves” and apply the concepts and strategies that presenting experts teach to real-life situations. In-person and virtual group sessions will serve as training opportunities, peer support, and action and accountability resources for attendees.
